OPEN SPACES IN BOSTON CHINATOWN

“Open Spaces in Boston Chinatown” examined the physical features and usage patterns of seven neighborhood open spaces: Auntie Kay & Uncle Frank Chin Park, Mary Soo Hoo Park, Phillips Square, Reggie Wong Memorial Park, One Greenway Park, Tai Tung Village Park, and Elliot Norton Park. For each site, researchers mapped surrounding land uses, physical features of open space, usage/behavioral patterns, and perceived demographics of open space users.
